The food was great, the waitress was patient and sweet overall the stay there was great.

What was turning out to be a TERRIBLE experience was corrected by a super dynamic part of the team at Broadway at the Beach's Hard Rock Cafe! Thank you Reyna, Maysheka, and Jennifer for valuing our customer dollars enough to come out outside the store to find me and my family, and make this a great experience for our Thanksgiving holiday at Myrtle Beach! You and the team truly went over an ABOVE!!! Simply put CUSTOMER SERVICE modeled exactly the way one would expect!!! I truly can't thank you enough!So again THANK YOU!😊

Well well well hard rock cafe in Myrtle Beach S.C. All I have to say is get your act together. The waitress takes my wife's and my order without writing it down. Mind you it was only two burgers. They said I'll bring out the ingredients and you can fix it yourself I'm sorry I forgot what you ordered. That was after I asked for lemons for my tea and the bartender grabs two wedges with his hands no gloves on after wiping down the bar with a nasty rag.

Food was great. Service a little slow. Very pricey. Beer was perfect temperature

Great food, great ambiance, awesome staff. We were impressed with all the measures in place to ensure everyone's safety. Bring a sweater if you are the chill kind.. the AC blows pretty strong in there.

The place is about what I would expect. It was really expensive compared to what I remembered. Service was reasonable. I feel like this is a place I would go to for the experience. That said, the pork was good and I do like the fries.

Jammin' spot. Loved the 90s music videos on the TVs! The dessert was on the money! I shared it with a friend. I'm sure another person could have shared with us too. Very cool decor.

Love the food and souvenirs. Plan to visit all locations to collect guiter magnets.

I am down here being as safe as possible. We went to Wahlburgers where every table was filled, but hoped to eat outside. We decided to opt for safety...go elsewhere. We ended up at the HardRock cafe where it was at least 8-12 ft at social distance with the table settings but wait.....before we got in, we had our temperature taken before we were allowed in. Once in, staff were split between waiters and clean crew, with designated shirts and everything! They was posted at the ready to disinfect tables AND the chairs. I felt really safe. Our waiter Tyler was even awesome on 06262020.

I came here on a vacation to SC w/ a party of 8. This dinner was excellent as well as the service and views. I had the standard legendary burger and the presentation and taste was exquisite. My server was very perky and seemed to be the manager/owner of this hard rock. I wrote this review just to say, how nice the building is and how tasty the food is. 5 stars!!

So good! I love this place! It's such a laid-back, family friendly atmosphere! We ordered the southwest egg rolls, and the salmon dish. The kid meal plates are so cute! Stop by if you are ever in town, you will not be disappointed🤩

Enjoyed New Year's Eve celebrations. Purchased the VIP package which included a great dinner, champagne toast and balloons drop. The band was good too

Had Thanksgiving lunch. Good food and service. Would prefer cookie/dessert table they had several years ago - like a variety to choose from, rather than only pumpkin piel

The food was good, no complaints there. We had a 45 minute wait from the time we placed our order till our food came. After waiting 20 minutes we were told a large party had arrived and caused the delay. The manager took 10% off of our total bill. I understand that you can't prepare for everything, and the discount was a nice gesture, but we would have appreciated being told when we began our visit that there was going to be a delay.

We had a great time!We went to the Hard Rock Cafe and had a fantastic server named Jen. Place was clean and felt safe!Simpson's 4D was next and amazing!And don't forget to grab a Christmas ornament from the Christmas place... yeah they have a Christmas place.

We love eating and shopping at the Hardrock cafe. We collect Hardrock pins. We get one or two new pins. We got pins from all over.

Let's talk about the good first. The wait staff was very helpful and courteous. Our bartender had our drinks and orders taken promptly and had a positive attitude. Now with the bad. The food is cheap. No other way to explain it. A 17 dollar burger should at least taste like it cost them a tenth of that to make it. I do not mind paying top dollar but I expect top food as well. Drinks were good but once again over priced. But the biggest pet peeve I had with the entire experience is that they played pop music in a place called "Hard Rock" Cafe. Not a bad experience but not one I'll experience again.

Great time and a memorable experience. Staff was very friendly and encouraged us to relax and view all the great memorabilia.

I use to say Hard Rock was expensive. But we got great food that was relatively cheap. Service was amazing.

2 stars is only for the atmosphere and the service. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 0 stars(if that was even possible). If you like over priced frozen food then this is the place for you! Wasn't impressed in the slightest with the quality. I know you want to go there for the "name" or "atmosphere" so if you're that intrigued just hop in to the gift shop and leave. There are thousands of restaurants in the area so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner there. Nice buffet, friendly staff. So glad I used OpenTable to book a reservation as when I called the restaurant yesterday they said they weren't taking reservations. Other people were being told they had to wait when we got there.

Food was delicious and more than we could eat! We will be coming back again.

We had a great experience today for lunch! Everything was super clean and the food was GREAT. We had nachos for an appetizer and both of us had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, which my husband said was one of the best burgers he’s had. But also, our server, SAM, was awesome! He made sure that we felt safe (with the pandemic and all) and was on top of everything! Never had to ask for a top off of our drinks, he was quick to respond if we needed anything and was super friendly! The food came out quick too. Basically, we couldn’t have asked for more out of a dining experience!

Beautiful building good restaurant in the heart of everything at Boardwalk on the beach if you dont go to Hard Rock at least go to the shops at Boardwalk lots of stores and activities to be seen. Food was Ok.

Food was great! Wait times were very long but we had a party of 11. Waited about an hour and a half but were compensated with an appetizer platter. Fun atmosphere. Excellent service.

Rob the bartender was outstanding. I enjoyed lunch with a friend. Rob made several suggestions and management aas kind enough to higher the music. My friend and I were the only people in the place at that time. Thanks once again

The service was good but.... the food was super overpriced, and did not taste fresh at all. We ordered the $9 kids mac n cheese for our son and it tasted like plain noodles with no cheese. The $18 chicken tenders looked like it should have been a kids meal. The sweet tea was $4. You're definitely paying for the "atmosphere". But even that wasnt worth it.

I really miss the pyramid!! But the food was excellent and the staff was great. Good music and atmosphere. Nice bar area

Awesome place, Awesome food. If you've never been to hard Rock cafe before, give it a go! We have personally never been disappointed with the food or the service, and they have a great gift shop you gotta check out. I also want to point out that this place does drinks right! They don't go skimpy on the alcohol, get a drink or two, or more and enjoy! ;)

Place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and excellent attitude. Managers always come around to check on customers. Food is the best around

I really had a blast with my family here at the Hard Rock. They were so kinda enough to give us all a special tour of the upstairs section while they were preparing for their new years day celebration and were awesome enough to tell us the history behind the pieces that they had. Also special shout out to our server Miles, he really had it going and catered to our every need.

The food was well done, INCREDIBLY FRESH, and delicious. Covid precautions, including a temperature scan of all patrons and regular sanitization were in place and enforced. Staff was courteous and on top of service. While it sounds tourist-trap-y, it is very modern and sleek on the inside and the fresh food is worth the price. The portions are decent so splitting the brownie (100% must-order for chocolate lovers) and the apps and even a burger would be sufficient for a couple like myself and my partner.Worth going. 9/10 (price contingent, even while worth it) would recommend and go again, just not every day, even on vacation.

Always wanted to go here since I was a kid. Finally got to take my new wife as my first trip,l and was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and people, great food as well. The gift shop will get ya, but that's my own fault lol

Visiting from out of town. Wanted to hang out at Broadway so we grabbed dinner here.Awesome to reserve our table ahead of time so we knew how long we had to shop. Went during Covid-19 and the staff took everything seriously. Masks were required to enter, touch-free temperature was taken before entering. No parties bigger than 8 were accepted. And when we sat down at the bar, there were signs to let the staff know what chairs have been sanitized or not. Bartender did perfect pours (potent but not unpleasant to drink) and we ordered the famous burgers. Very yummy. Staff was super upbeat both at the restaurant and in the shop and overall it was a very nice meal, especially because even at the bar we didn't have to scream over too loud music or stuff like that.10/10 would go again.

This was the best customer service. Tyler was cool as hell. I like how they weren't letting alot of people in and they took your temperature and sanitized the tables and chairs thoroughly. I would come here again.

Was not told about being charged full price ($6.00) for substituting a side of fries with a side salad. The steak used on my salad was full of gristle and overcooked. Service was good, food not so much for the price.

My wife had a birthday coupon so we went there for lunch. We were very impressed on how things were handled for the safety of everyone from taking temps at the door, offering hand sanitizer at the table, the cleaning crew and the cleaniness of the restrooms. Our waitress was on top of her game! We had the baby back ribs entree and the meal was delicious! Thanks to all the crew for their hard work and effort!

Really appreciated the steps taken for safety during Covid situation. However, once we came through there door, hostess Ebony was rude to us. Literally interacted with her for a whole 30 seconds and she insulted my family with her eye rolling and attitude that quickly. Server was great! He was friendly and our meal was paced appropriately, but we got full quick and packaged up most of our $150 tab worth of food. This food was thrown away by the staff while we ran to the restroom. Management literally did nothing when I asked about our food. We won't be coming back to this location for sure!

Great service! Wonderful food and fun atmosphere! Tons of drink options and a great gift shop! Live music at times.
